Hi folks. This REO is only 89k! I can't believe the deals that are to be found here in CT. I took a Client of mine to see this house today. I have shown it before to another Client, about 9 months ago. At that time is was listed at $149K. It has been under contract twice and has fallen through both times. It just became available once again this week. I took my Client and his father into it today and it reeked of animal urine. Oh what a whiff. Nothing like a closed up house with no ventilation! This little number needs a total rehab, from floors to ceiling. It has a huge kitchen though, and only one bath (cuts down on money needed with only one bath)! It was a nice sized house with a nice size yard. The garage roof was shot, would need a total roof job. The mechanicals were in good shape, this one is just cosmetics and cleaning- lots of it. I particularly liked the graffiti in the bedrooms:
"Peachez got dat swaga"...................
