okay, I have already gotten lots of flack for working my smart phone at an NBA basketball game, but hey, ideas come to me at the strangest moments. just ask my friends...
Anyway, I just received a call from my dog sitter. she told me the dog got out of the house and get this.....she had to run and didn't have time to go after her. I just told her "leave the back door ajar and she will find her way home". Ironiclly that is a similar message that I tell my Clients. if you think you are locked out, try the door knob. if it is unlocked, then it was meant to be. If it isn't, then it is time to move on.
My Client's have lots of worries in this ever changing financial climate. What is true one day may not be the next. A Client of mine had a closing on a Tuesday and the Lawyer said "if we didn't close this by today, there is no way it would have closed tomorrow".
One of my Clients were just told that his mortgage fell through due to changing laws. You just have to keep your spirits up and be persistant in the buying and selling real estate game. when the time is right, things will align in your favor.
